Incubator Blitz-48
The body is made of durable material. - plywood, polystyrene walls with a thickness of 4 centimeters, metal lining of the inside of the box, transparent cover - a set designed to work for a very long time. Also included is a fan and optional quail grille.
This design weighs 8.7 kg.
Equipped with thermometer measurement accuracy of up to 0.1 degrees Celsius,The humidity level can be adjusted from 40 to 85% (mechanically), a mechanism triggered every 2 hours, which smoothly tilts the tray with eggs.
The Blitz-48 works both from a network 220 and from the accumulator on 12B (for example automobile). Switching the power supply method - automatically, in case of malfunctions in the operation of the main power grid, the emergency power supply is switched on. The battery for 55 Ah incubator is enough for about 22 hours.

Blitz 72
Unlike its more compact relative, Blitz-72 is designed for 72 chicken eggs, 50 eggs of turkey poults, 30 goose, 57 duck and 200 quail eggs.
Durable plywood case, 4 cm foam walls, inner walls made of galvanized sheet, lid with a transparent window. Power is also supplied from the mains for 220 and an additional battery for 12V. It is equipped with a thermometer with an accuracy of 0.1 degrees, a fan and a mechanical adjustment of humidity in the range from 30 to 85%, plus automatic turning of the eggs every two hours.
Incubator microclimate does not depend on external factors, temperature indicators and humidity levels are maintained independently.
Weight Blitz-72 in the collection - 9.5 kg, power 60 W, 2 years warranty. If necessary, it can be equipped quail grill or standard.
Digital models
The following characteristics remained the same:

Instructions for use, video
The surface on which the incubator is supposed to be installed should be firm and level. The set comes with baths, they need to be filled with water (the recommended temperature is 42-45 degrees) and placed at the bottom of the wall.
Humidity for each type of eggs its own, set the required level:
- waterfowl: initially 60% further 80-85%
- not waterfowl: initially 40-45% further 65-70%
The tray must be lowered all the way to the square shaft of the gearmotor, the other side of the grille is in contact with the supporting round pin.
Next, the incubator cover must be closed and set the required parameters of humidity, connect the device to the energy source. Activate automatic rotation and start the heating of the box by the “Heating” function.
To warm up to the required temperature, the device will be about two hours. Check all the data will not be superfluous. Temperature - 37.8 (the numbers will flash when you turn the knob).
The turning mechanism should be inclined by about 45 degrees, a deviation of 5 degrees up or down is allowed.
Do not neglect to check the thermometer and fan.
Without disconnecting from the battery, connect the incubator to the 220V network and check the operability of the automatic transfer to another power source, if everything is working properly, you can start working with the incubator.
Preparation for work and incubation
It is not the first time that a farmer engaged in breeding chicks knows many nuances, secrets and tricks for successfully breeding, but for beginners and especially for those who lay eggs for the first time to raise chickens, some rules should be followed to prevent ruin.

Eggs:

Egg laying

- is recommended check performance temperature and humidity every day, pour water about 1 time in 3 days
- at the beginning of the second incubation period it is necessary to conduct ventilation (turn off the heat and open the lid for about 15 minutes) a couple of times a day until the end of the hatch, at the end of the ventilation period, close the incubator and set temperature indicators to normal
